Best touch up paint?

Our EX is White Platinum Tricoat and it now has a small rock chip on the front bumper. What is the best touch up paint to get for it? I am also thinking of a clear bra after it gets fixed to try reducing this in the future.

I have found OEM TU paint is cheaper at 3rd party sites, but after shipping is the same or $1/2 cheaper at the dealership.
