You never did fully elaborate on what you're trying to do, what you're starting with and why you need a wiring harness. For example if you are trying to put a later model year console in a '91 Explorer, the stock harness might not even work.
There are junkyards that will pull parts and mail them to you and explorers aren't all that uncommon in junkyards, but for something like a wiring harness it may not be an itemized part # so you'd have to contact them to get it.
You can skip the connectors and just string wire to just about anything, but you would need to bypass the built in connectors on both ends and solder wires directly to that connector point on the circuit board. I've attached the wiring diagram for it.
