Hey guys,

I just realized that they came out with the KO's in 33x10.50's.....

I know alot of you are running the 31x10.50s either stock or with twist/OME mods....in that case, is the reason you can't fit 33's the height or the width?

What does everyone think would be the EASIEST (cheapest) way to fit the new 33x10.50's on my 96 Sport? I'm thinking of going with 15x8 rims and the twist/OME route, but will I need a body lift too?

Thanks mucho!

BTW! Thanks for the heads up on the Borla cat back sale! Mine arrived yesterday, what a deal! Borla told me they had lot's of them left.....

Hi Joseph,
You should be able to fit the 33X10.5's if you add a 1" body lift to the "Torsion Bar Twist" OME Springs. You will have to do some minor trimming. Gerald Jarrett is running the metric equalivent, on his EB, which is closer to 33" than the 33X10.5's, with a 1" body lift, "Torsion Bar Twist", and Warrior shackles. Hope this helps

Heck then, maybe I'll just do a 3" body lift and skip the rest of it?

Joseph,
Yes you could do that, but if you go for a suspension lift you will also gain articulation, and that is very desireable when 4wheeling. It isn't enough just to have bigger tires. Better articulation and power to drive those big tires needs to be concidered to. What gears are you running right now?

3.73 L/S......I know I'll lose some power, but I think I can manage until I get some cash together for new gearing....meanwhile I'm planning on installing my new Borla cat back, and make some ignition and air mods...that'll help.
