Ok, I'm not exactly new to the HID thing, but just looking for some suggestions. My Frontier uses 9007 bulbs just like the Ex, but the lighting is no where near as good as the EX was. I've tried a bunch of different bulbs, but none perform to my satisfaction. So I've decided I am going to do the HID kit thing, again. But this time it will be with a Bi Xenon kit utilizing an HID high and low beam. I've done some research, found a few kits on Ebay and else where on the web. I've found these kits, if anyone has any experience with any of them, or has some other recommendations, let me know. I'm trying to keep a budget of around $125 or so shipped.

I do know that a projector swap would be ideal and give me the best light, but I don't have to money to do so. Thanks in advance

ive got an 01 sport and went with the vvme kit. bi xenon. the kit is very easy to install. the lo beam works great but i find that when i put on the high beams the light output is distorted. im guessing its because the bulb gets pushed out a bit and more of the light gets covered up by that plastic cover in my headlights. aside form that the lo beams are giving me a fairly solid light output and its brighter than my silverstar ultras.

you can see the high beams arent throwing as much light, i think its because the bulb gets further into that plastic shroud.

Ordered a Kit, finally

I ordered a kit on Monday, hopefully will get it soon. Have heard nothing but good things from this company, so I can't wait. I ordered a 55 watt 9007 Bi-Xenon kit, so these things should be bright. Here is the link to the site.

Cost was $112 shipped.

hunter how many k hids did u get for the frontier

I went with 6K because according to the website, the higher wattage tends to make the color whiter, so these should be extremely white, with just a small tint of blue.
