Bidirectional remote question

The dealer installed the bidirectional remote in my 2012 base explorer.

I hit the button twice the red light flashs, then a green light flashes to let me know the car is on.

Well now 50% of the time after hitting the button twice, the car starts but the the red light and green light do not flash.

Does any one know why this happens?

hate to say it...
but its cos they suck its my only problem i have with my EX the ford starters are just "cheap"

Sounds like it is not working the way it is supposed to. Mine works just fine.

Did you call the dealer and ask them for a replacement?
