I have a 91 EB with premium sound. After trying a replacement 6.5" speaker that really didn't help, I ordered a Q logic custom Sub box for a 10" sub replacing the factory sub box (from Sounddomain.com) and a 10" MTX 4000 from Crutchfield to try & clean up my Bass. It worked well, here's my write up:

* I have running off the factory sub amp now.
* I have a new amp, & will wire that in soon.
* Only potential gotcha is routing the rear brake light wire so that it won't get pinched.

Well worth the money.

Thanks Smurfslayer, that's a really cool write up and really helpful! How fast was ordering from Sounddomain? I'm coming really close to buying from them.
