1. How????
2. How much is left sticking out? Probably best to drill it out and use an extractor set.

None left sticking out can i just use a jaw puller?

Are you trying to replace the harmonic balancer? If so yeah try a 2 or 3 jaw puller.
If you're reusing it, then get the broken bolt out and use a harmonic balance puller. And maybe first spray some wd40 down there. And tap it with a hammer as you go

Well i dont plan on replacing it but im gonna try a claw if i hurt it i hurt it

Well alright, good luck. If you have a 3 jaw I'd suggest using that one instead.

And remember, spray it with wd40 and tap it with a hammer as you go.

What are the risk of not removing the broken bolt
