Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the right place to go or not. But i have a 2000 mountaineer AWD v8. and i am looking to lift it not major about 2-4 inches just to get some 31" tires maybe 33" tires if i feel brave. But i was just talking to this one shop and the guys who was kinda blowing me off and not willing to look around too much for me lift wise. said that if i lift it and put bigger tires on the AWD that it will blow the transfer case out... Is this true? or is the guy just being a jerk and trying to blow me off because he doesnt have an exact fit for the mountaineer? (they specialize in jeeps mostly based off there website)
Thanks guy just looking into stuff before i start building
