Hello and welcome!!

I'm not 100% sure about the earlier explorers but 31/10.50's/15 fit on my 99 sport with no lift and no fender trimming. Use the search tool for further answers on lifts and tires.

Good luck!!:salute:

My Ranger is a 94 I have had up to 33's with no lift. realy close:eek: Afriend of mine had a 92 ranger with no lift and 31's. The real question is what are your plans for the truck. If it is just taller tires you may get away with a body lift, seams most get them to start with then take them back out when they get more serious. If you are into sreious wheeling you will want better flex = suspension lift Skyjacker Softride flexes well. Spend some time searching there is plenty of helpfull and valuble info here. Good luck:thumbsup:

YP! Like I stated before you should be able to fit 31's with a stock suspension and NO BL. I plan on a 2"BL/TT/Shackles to fit 32/11.50 and will leave it that way until it is no longer my daily driver...or I get a huge raise at work.

Get the 31's you'll be fine:salute:

I've got 31x10.5'sx15's on my '92 with no lift. The front tires rub a little on the inside of the plastic wheel well when turning sharp (and on the sway bar if I had that installed).
