Hey everyone. I have a 2002 ford explorer xlt here in Australia and it came with 20inch wheels with small ads little street tires on it. 255/45R20. Very small tires looks rediculous. I want mud terrain. I read posts about the stock wheels having 265/75R16 but I cannot get the original wheels with the center cap style here. Only a ford territory. I've painted them black but really want an inch or two more tire for a softer ride. Low profiles do not work with a truck. Thought about steel wheels. I reckon they look too cheap.
Can I get any tire a little bigger on those 20s? Even if it was all terrain. One tire shop here has 33 inch and said that's all I can go but I'm sure they're going to be way too big without a lift. Tires are going and need replaced. In a bit of a situation here lol. Next post I will be sending more pictures.
