i didn't even see the front bumper he has been working on oh my god i like that front bumper. i'd like to know how strong that front receiver is. road bully is gonna run me outta money i see his new stuff and want it.

that front bar is sweet!! I would def. shell out some good money for that rear tire carrier too

i'm already talking to him about moding one to fit a mounty better. i came up with a picture of what he can do just gotta finish it

I have one designed to replace the stock hitch and work with the body lift, but then i moved up here to colorado and wasnt able to bring my welder along with me. I had designed and built one for my '88 FJ-62 and basically copied the design to the dimensions of the Explorer. Wish I had time to work on it here.

It's important to mention that if you have the Class II hitch you can flip it without any cutting. If you have the Class III hitch with the tow rings and the 7 pin trailer connect, you will either have to flip it and do some cutting into the black foam inside the rear bumper to make it flush, or just do what I did...which is leave the hitch attached, and cut the bottom plastic edges on the bumper to let the truck rise past the metal bar that runs the length of the bumper.

I didn't remove my Class III hitch at all, but cutting the bumper was necessary to make it clear so it could lift. So you have some options...

Ben sends a nice colored instruction pamphlet with each order, and there's also that very large stickied thread at the top of this forum section with lots of replies and instructions throughout. Personally I would read each and every post in there, as there are many of us that replied to it while we installed it and had questions. You will get a very good feel of what to expect and what to prepare for with that thread.

The lift can be done in a day, or a weekend if you're not rushing it...by yourself (although having a 2nd person is always advisable with something like that).

If you're looking to do a body lift as well, do the body lift first and then the RB lift afterwards....it makes putting the RB lift in so much easier.

I have an electronic copy of the included instructions. Pm me if you want a copy.
