I like the Type-R lighter

so were did you get it all from? I like the knobs..

Soooo nice, I'm jealous :D

yoru bezel, was that a sticker or a actual chrome piece. i hate messing with stickers. what did that woodgrain dash kit cost? and are your arm rest on the doors (where the window buttons are) oak?

The bezel is real chrome plated aluminum held on with 3M tape. The other choices where stainless, brushed aluminum, and carbon fiber. The wood dash cost $170 for everything, last minute Xmas sale and its real rosewood.

HI everyone my name is james and im a ebayholic too. :) I have the brushed aluminum bezel on my X and it looks killer, and was very simple to install i wanted a different look than everyone but didnt want to fight the white guages, so i did that and 20 bucks and a hour later it was pimp daddy style in the x

VERY NICE, I was thinking about wood, the brushed alm. now WOOD with the alm. VERY NICE!

I just got the bezel and wanted to know if you put it behind the clear plastic piece? I started taking apart my dash and found that the plastic piece was glued on:eek: so i'm not really into sawing it off

the bezel goes right on the guages so yeah you have to take the clear plastic off first, mine was not glued only had a few screws holding it in good luck!

The cluster window and black bezel face plate are glued together from the factory. When I put mine in I had to score a line on the two top tabs where the clear window and black piece meet with an exacto knife. The instructions said to use a dremel. Then I took a butter knife and popped them apart very slightly. I pulled out the trip odometer button from the back and the new bezel face plate slid right in from the top. Then I went from behind again to apply pressure for the 3M tape to stick.
