Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the stock 95-01 section. You will need a special tool (scanner) to cycle the ABS solenoid block while it's being bled.
You will need that scanner if the air that was allowed to enter the system reached the ABS pump. If the air did not go that deep into the system, it can be bled like any other brake system.
from what ive heard you can bleed them the regular way if no air makes it that far that it gets into the module. but if it does i also read that some Code scanners will sequence the pistons? in the module to get the air out. if there is air in the module.
You'll be fine as along as you keep the reservoir full just start with the back passenger then back driver, front passenger, front driver. I've done quite a few vehicles with abs and have never had a problem with getting air in the system.
I also use a vac pump and it works nice on my bike and PU but wouldn't work on my ford. I took it to a shop and they had to use a scanner to get the air out. Thanks to all for the information it did help. flintjon
