Ok guys got a 98 X EB AWD 5.0. Had a vacum leak at the resovoir got that fixed. Max A/C works which I know it bypasses the door. Swapper out actuator and still other than Max A/C blow straight heat. Thinking napa gave me wrong one put the OEM back in and still the same? I probably answered my own question already. But is it safe to condem the door? If so, is there a step by step thread on here with pics for the dash removal procedure as there is zip in the haynes manual. Thanks in advance. Will check back after work tonight.
