OH CRAP, Blinking overdrive light...this sucks and I need assistance.

32,000..!!!! Original owner.
No work ever done to tranny
Last night light started flashing.
Haven't had codes scanned yet.
haven't checked fluid color or level...sealed of course.
never changed the fluid or filter..
No leaks or electrical problems.
Truck ran fine, no mods, light started flashing under regular driving conditions.
Feels like it stuck in overdrive as it runs through 1-3 gears...
Any ideas, or suggestions are very much appreciated,
Time to make an appt. at the dealership at least for the the codes to be read, have to get an estimate as to what that will cost.
