I'm almost positive my problem can be fixed by replacing the Blower Motor Relay. Try as I might though, I can't get the old one out. It looks to me like there's a "keeper" by the base of the relay, but no matter which way I nudge it, using a small screwdriver, the relay won't budge. I'm sure there's a way, but I'm missing it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks,
V

This is too ironic! I just joined today to search for solutions to my blower problem, and here's Vic with the same idea! I too have the 94 xlt. I've got wind but only on high. I took the switch out and cleaned all the contacts with no results. Should I be going after the relay also?

I'm kinda guessing here, but if it's only working on "HI", you might look at the thermal limiter, and the top blower resistor.
