Body lift question

hi everyone im putting a body lift on my buddies 97 sport (PA 853) and we are trying to figure out how to put the shift extension on (#3700) if you can let me know how to install it would be great..thanks!

What is the problem you are seeing? You'll have to dremel the inside of the extension. Well, I did at least.
