Thanks again, I am sure I will have more questions before this gets done....right now I am still debating over tire choices...to see how much I have to scrape together.
look at www.tirerack.com i got the best price ive seen anywhere from them. order them then find a cheap place to mount and balance them and youll save hundreds
I belive for a 93 the way to do it would be either larger coils up front or coil spacers. Not sure if it would give a full 2 inches or not though. Try a search for coil spacers.
Thanks, that would do it? is there anything more to modify? I want it a little higher on the front because you know how the 2wd sports are a little higher on the back and its this thing or go a little lower on the back and I want a little cleareance because I go a little just a little off roading.
I believe that is all you have to do....I am not sure exactly how much lift you would get. This is just coming from what I have read on here. Mine is a 99 so it is different from yours. the coils may lift the front higher than the back so you might want to add shackles to the back at the same time. This probably wouldn't make the truck sit level if that is important, but it would give you more ground clearence. Like I said...try a search or maybe someone with your body style will post on here.
