Body mount removal

So im in the process of removing my body mounts on my 2002 sport. I can loosen them to a point but the mounts spin and so i cant loosen them anymore.
What can i do?

You're fighting overused blue threadlock compound. Heat the bolts from the bottom with a propane torch to soften.

IT CAN BE DONE......I used a pair of pliers and held the
bottom mount with one hand, and a ratchet in the other
hand....and made it work......its a ***** but its works.
