Hey I have been noticing that alot of you are using JL audio stealth boxes. I am looking to put in a 10 inch in the rear quarter panel and see that there is the Qlogic box and the JL box. I was wondering which sounds better and is just a beter buy. The other question I have is about the JL box. The input terminals look to be located on the out side of the quarter panel. I guess the question is after instalation what is showing. Is it like the Qlogic box where the sub is the only thing showing and the rest is hidden behind the panel?
If you have any pix of either box instaled I would like to see them.

I don't have pics of either, nor have I used either, but I do know the JL Audio box is a much better quality enclosure. I know the Q-Logic is plastic where i believe the JL Audio box is MDF. Also the JL Audio box is available with a woofer for the enclosure where as with the Q-Logic you've gotta get your own. Hope this helped a little.

I think the JL will play a little better, but isn't quite the better value, in fact, it's quite expensive, and compared the MTX model that comes with the sub, the Q-logic is a little pricey too. I just got a Advantage/Vantage box from JL, it's their unloaded version, which is plastic as well. I was skeptical at first, but I can't believe how heavy it is, and how thick it is. It's a good quarter inch of sheer heavyweight plastic with rounded corners and indented sides to strengthen flat areas that would otherwise flex. In this case, I think you should just go with what you think is best economically. All of the options are spaced out pretty well in price range between boxes, and if you get your own sub, then it's hard for anyone to tell you what'll work the best. I opted for a cheaper box, to put a more expensive sub in it. Just one suggestion out of the many options you have!

Im using a 10" Q-logic with a 2ohm kicker solo baric. i regret not getting another JL, much more superior, and more versatile by far.
