Bosch wires specs problems???

I just bought Bosch wires for my 1992 X and it seems thats they have higher resistance than other sets even my old set are less resistant.
its crazy because for a wire of 1 feet it have 19.9 Kohms and for a 2-3 feet wire it have only 5.87 Kohms on some and 13.75 Kohms on otehrs. Whats wrong you think???? normal that this kind of wires fluctuate a lot or the quality control did not done their job right???

Get a set of Accel solid core wires if you want low resistance. They are 8.8MM in diameter, and yellow with black boots. Another option would be Jacobs Electronics wires. They are 250 ohms per foot, and are blue.
