Bottle Jack help!!

Just figured out your problem. In fact I have one in my office. Its a jack that plugs into your exhuast and fills up a large heavy duty bag and lifts the truck up. Hows that sound?

It consists of a heavy duty bag and a hose. You keep the car running, connect the hose to the exhuast and to the bag, as bag fills up with your exhuast you position the bag under the side of the car. The bag then fills up and lifts the side of the car. Its called an "Air Jack Bag". Make sense?

Made sense the first time, just seems shady. I don't think I'd be comfortable with a crappy airbag holding up my truck while I change a tire. I got one of those aero beds, It was great when I went to sleep, but I woke up on the floor. You know what I mean? Don't trust those things.
