bottom seat cusions button wont work

Hi, I just got my explorer and the seat cushions or what ever they are wont go down the bottom button wont work, just the top one and it is very un comfortable.

Any one it is pretty un comfortable, it is the button on the side, it feels like air is compressing in.

Do I have to press it all the way up to make it go down ? I am afraid to try it.

which button are you talking about, the side bolsters?


the air buttons are valves, just press it the other way. if that doesnt work then you need a new switch

If it is the side bolsters or back bolster, there may be a cut in the hose, a hole in the bolster, or a bad switch if it will not inflate. If the deflate isn't working, it would be most likely a bad switch. You push it and hold it the other way to deflate. Not sure what is bad though, it's hard to figure out what you're trying to describe...
