Bought an amp!

Well, I went ahead and bought the amp for my subwoofer yesterday, an Audiobahn A8000T. I should be running 800 watts through my subwoofer with it. My plan is to have an all audiobahn system, with the exception of the speakers, which will be Infinities and Focals(eventually). Anyway, I'm stoked, and can't wait for everything to get in so I can install it.

Congratulations on your amp purchase. Remember to boom responsibly(not in neighborhoods, at traffic lights, or in parking lots) but boom often. Let's see some pics when you get your system installed.

Ha, yeah, this is my first actually good system, so I can't wait to see how it turns out. Sometime in the next few weeks I plan to order the focals

It sounds like you have your system all planned out so, to coin an old phrase, "Plan your work and work your plan." Don't settle for any equipment (speakers, HU, amp, etc.) that is something less than what you really want just to get the ball rolling because you will end up not being satisfied. If it takes a little longer and you have to purchase items one at a time over a period of time to ensure getting the quality and performance you want, that's what you need to do.

I already have the infinities from last year, I was just going to use them in the back doors for filler until I can afford to buy new coaxs for the back. Just one step at a time I suppose. My HU was my first, and most major step. I bought an Eclipse cd8443.
