There are multiple sensors involved in these subsystems, which all have to be working properly.Did they replace all the abs wheel speed sensors front and back ? Or just front ? Having the same issues. Originally the problem was intermittent but eventually it stayed on. Battery has been replaced due to a bad starter and starter was replaced. I replaced the left wheel speed sensor but it still says it’s off line but ordered another Motorcraft one for the other side. I thought maybe it Should be replaced in pairsworst case scenario I got a back up for a faulty one haha. Still wearing my Ford hat proudly.
Having a warning message is a blessing, it means you should be able to hook up a scan tool to find a fault code and go from there. IDK of any other easy way to troubleshoot this unless you want to try to use a multimeter to tap into every sensor circuit one at a time. There is 2014 workshop manual linked in my sig below that has a section on troubleshooting, but again you will benefit greatly from having the fault code read with a scanner capable of Ford-specific codes (not just a simple OBD2 scanner).
