Brake light & anti lock light on when braking

The lights could also be an ABS failure
I think no ABS failure causes a "brake" warning on the dash. Though I have the Teves mark 4 (g) 93/94 so can't be certain for this 92.

Sometimes LED bulbs will cause weird issues
I know first hand that LED's in the brake lights ( which includes rear turn signals in the US models) does/can cause issues. Have read of many others confirming. The bimetal strip in the flasher module requires heat that an efficient led in circuit (as opposed to to incandescent) prevents.

Sometimes LED bulbs will cause weird issues especially if installed In the brake lamp or turnsignal circuit. Normal hallogen bulbs have a decent amount of resistance but LEDs have close to none, this causes issues for the brake lamp switch which communicates between both pcm and abs module because it's calibrated towards a much higher resistance then what the LEDs have and it almost acts like an open causing all kinds of issues. Your flasher likely will not work due to the low resistance so installing a ballast or large resister is important and bumps the resistance back where it should be. it can cause all kinds of wacky issues.
When I had installed them I did feel the switch having to turn harder than normal
