Brake Light Wiring

I just got a set of wig wag lights for my 2002 Explorer XLT's rear. To install it, you need to tap into the factory reverse lights and third brake light. Instead of doing so at the back of the vehicle, I would prefer to do it under the dash board to make things easier. Does anybody know where I could get access to the reverse light wiring and third brake light wiring under the dash board? Thanks.
