Lately during the past week in the morning after the truck has been sitting over night the brakes a extremly sensitive. I was driving down a side street the other morning doing about 15 mph, a stop sign was ahead so I begin to slow down by lightly putting my foot on the brake about 35 feet or more away from the sign, I slow increased the pressure on the pedal and all of a sudden my tires lock up. Now normal I can push the pedal to the floor while slowing down and my tires wont lock up. That morning the pedal was about 1/3 of the way to floor. This has done this a few times this week. While back down my drive way doing 2 mph the tires lock up as soon as I touch the brake pedal. It is almost like the pedal travel changed, like the distance was shorter. Anyone know what it could be.

Is it the front, rear or all 4 locking up?

it feels like its just the front. Because it kinda of nose dives when it happens.
