Brakes started squeaking bad!

My wife was driving the explorer today and the front right brake started squeaking really bad, there is even a sound thats almost like metal scraping. I pulled the wheels and checked the pads, they seemed ok but i changed them out anyway. The squeaking is still there, it gets worse when i use the brakes.

Any suggestions?

I sprayed some brake cleaner all around the brakes and they sound better now but there is still a swoosh...swoosh...swoosh sound there. Warped rotor?
