broken blend door on 2002 explorer

how long does it take to replace a broken blend door on a 2002 explorer? I saw a youtube video on an expedition but it is alot different from the look inside my explorer.

Not trying to be a smart a$$, but how long it will take depends on your skill level.

Doesn't take too long. Probably a couple hours if you do it yourself. Dealer will charge much much more. Rondo has a great write up on how to do it. If you have someone with small hands, that's helpful but I managed to get my meat hooks in there and do it without cutting the lower part of the dash. The part that takes the longest is getting the screws back in on the top.
