Broken front cup holder

My front cup holder in my 2020 Platinum seems to have dropped a 1/4 inch and the 4 spring tensions that hold cup are pushed back in their holes. Is there a way to remove the top cover of the console to see what is going on and ideally fix?

The same exact thing happened to my 2020 platinum as well! Were you able to fix it.
