Hey everyone,
I’ve got an issue google won’t fix. I have an 04 Explorer, not sport trac, just a plain ol Explorer. A few days ago, the shifter broke. I took the cover off the column, and discovered I could work the shifter “by hand”, if you will. It’s not the common part that usually breaks, but rather the slotted socket that the ball on the end of the shifter handle goes in to. Does anyone have a part number for this? I can’t even fin a schematic that has this part marked. Thanks
