I know some of you have built your own, just wondering if you would be willing to share the dimentions on how to do it. as well could you make them any longer if you wanted too? like lets say so it gives you 2.5"-3" of lift? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.. thanks all.

I think you COULD build them to give you over 2'' of lift, but from what I understand, you wouldn't want to do a torsion twist any higher than 2'' or else you'll be accelerating wear with the CVs. So, any higher than 2'' in the back and your truck wouldn't be even.

yea i know but once i am finished with the shackle lift i want the back a little higher for when i tow with my X. any body out there help me out?

Well I made some and they are 3 inches wide, 9.75 inches long, and the holes center to center are 8.5. I think if you make them bigger it will mess up angles. Not to sure though.

just go to auto zone they carry them and i have had them for over 4 years now and not the slightest of problems.

I was going to get them from autozone but when I got there they said they didnt carry them and they were a throw-a-way item. So I found the dimentions of the warrior ones and made some out of 1/2" stainless.

throw away item..
they are perfect for the price and like i said the set on my explorer are old and still look like they did day one.. and no regrets not spending 10 times as much on others..they would take some outside force more than i could create to bend them..
most autozones around here still carry them..
