bull bar addition causing issues.

So I have added a bull bar to the front of my 2017 explorer limited and now the motion sensors on the front keep alerting me that some thing is there. How do I turn off those two sensors. I know I can use the button on the dash to turn them all off, but I would have to do this every time I start the vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.

This possibility was discussed several times when adding a front bull bar. The 'bar' blocks the radar unit for the forward collision warning and brake assist feature and the Adaptive Cruise Control. Other sensors may also be affected. If the default programmed settings for those warning are ON, then yes, you would have to turn then OFF every time you start the vehicle. You may be able to disable them permanently using FORScan to change the program code.
