Here's a bumper i drew up. 3" tubing on the bumper, 2" on the push bar and 1" on the support things. Lights are 5". Tell me what you think. I'll post a rear bumber later on.

 kinda like the one i drew but i had a winch mount between the the 2 bars and triangled corners nice looking though like to see the rear.what program did you do that in by the way?

I used Rhino, not real smooth in it, took me bout 15 minutes.

Looks really good. Are you going to add a winch mount or just leave it like that?

Looks good, should be nice if you build it, or you could buy mine :D

Nice drawing though

I'm going to mount the winch in behind the bumper (when i get one) The fairlead will be angled down below the bottom tube. Kid-is that 3" tubing on the bumper? I'd like a tighter bend on the corners. What did you use to bend it? The other tubing looks to be about 1"?

Is 3" overkill? Not only trying to bend it, but for weight too. 2.5"? I dont know, speak your minds.

i think 3" would be to much, mine is 2" DOM Pipe Spec, I think i could run into a poll and knock the poll down before i bent my bumper....

THe thing is friggin strong...

the top is 1" if i remember

if i was to try and make my bends tighter it woulda crushed the tubing, since i was using a Cheap Pipe Bender..... But in person it doesnt look to bad

I think it stil came out nice, and was tough as all get out

How are you guys mounting these? Pics of brackets and anything else would be great. I know i can figure it out, but I'd rather know before i jump into it.
