California Emissions = less power

I just found out today that I have a California Emissions Explorer. !! (I'm in Missouri) All CA emissions vehicles have a little less horsepower than non-CA vehicles.

(I always wondered why my truck seemed a little doggier than my friends 93 Sport 4x4 and my other friends 93 XLT 4x4. I had to do lots of mods to get more power than they have stock.) (/subjective)

LOL I remember my first car had tons of emmissions controls crap on it. i just ripped it all off. (This was years ago, I doubt it's legal now...)

Good for the air, but bad for performance.
