Cam in-car?

So i want to put a new cam in my Pushrod 4.0 for a little more torque and i was wondering, if i takethe radiator out, can i change the camshaft with the engine still in the car?

I'd assume so, but before taking on such a project I would recommend having at least a chilton nearby...

There is a cam on top of each head on these engines right? Thats 2 cams per engine.

no, it's a pushrod V6, i.e. one cam in the center.

Yes you can do it with the engine still in.
