Sorry to interrupt...

Hi there,
I just finally moved up to White River Junction, VT, from New Britain, CT, a couple weeks ago and I was searching the Xforum for stuff to do up here.
IZACKARY, where exactly are the trails you're talking about heading, if ya don't mind?

we'll meet 4 miles west of I-89 (exit 1) in front of the store with the huge wooden moose and other characters out front. We'll be going from there through a couple villages.
I'm about 15-20 miles from the Long Trail brewery, pretty much at the end of VT-rte 4, near the on ramps for I-91. The leaves are a couple weeks past prime, but the weather's been great up here. Should be a good ride! (I don't think I'd be able to make this trip anyway, too late notice, but perhaps next time)

Thanks!

Nice to hear from you. I am Matt from Essex Jct VT, near Burlington. Stop by http://www.newenglandxplorers.com

Vermonters are rare it seems on this site! Welcome

Hey mike, what kind of camera do you have?

I ended up grabbing a 4.1MP Sony DSC-P73 and a 256mb memorystick thing.

I'm gunna try to upload my first movie with a walkaround of my truck when I find somewhere to upload to.

its a fuji 2.1 mp with a 256 MB card, it has served us extremely well for 3 years and was still being sold up until 6 months ago. I have no use for ultra hi-res pics (2.1MP is enough for me), and this has almost all the features of the best cameras on the market today

cool cool, I've had my Kodak 2.0mp camera forEVER but my dad finally broke it last week when he borrowed it to take pics of a clients house (does that always happen, or is it just my parents)

heres the link for that cheesy movie I just took... tell me if it works, sometimes comcast won't let you in without a password

haha, yeah that is cheesy, but it worked

Hot damn, WTF are you doing in WRJ? I'm glad you already figured out where the brewery is. :D You find the Harpoon brewery in Windsor, too? :chug: You should come up for at least one day if you can. Can't say as though we'll be out late Sunday, however... Oh, and I vote that any of the underaged who wanna drink can carry our beer up to the campsite. :D

By the way, we're wheeling between Bridgewater and Barnard...Basically between Routes 4 and 12.

Ok guys, dunno if you wanna list your cellphones here... but mines 781-424-2097.

I changed my work around so I can get out by 10am (don't even ask me what time I have to start in the am... its horrible), but I haven't mapquest'd it yet, so I'll probably be a lil' late.

Hmm... mapquest says 2 hours, 46 minutes... I'll try to leave a little earlier but I don't think I can, seeing as then I'd have to get there at 2am instead of 3...

So no making fun when I pass out at 8pm after a beer and a half :fire:

I can't help noticing that only 3 of us are posting about going... were'nt there supposed to be more people?? Are we the only ones going? Cuz I'm really excited about this... :(

What are you talkin about? Oh, keep in mind, guys, Saturday night we get an extra hour of sleep. I'm waiting for a call back, or a post from John.

BTW: For any other nextellers, my DC ID is 180*261323*9

OOps, translation: I just looked at mapquest, and it says my ride should be about 2 hours and 46 minutes from Norwell to the gift shop where we're meeting. I changed my work schedule from 6am-3pm to 3am-10am so I can leave and get to VT at a reasonable time. If I try to leave for VT any earlier, then I'll have to go to work before 3am to make up time.

Please don't make fun of me when I fall asleep at 8pm saturday night, because I'll be pretty tired...End translation

So its me, you (izack), mike (rfuree) and maybe John (derocha)?? it seemed like there were supposed to be a lot more people...

Have a good time this weekend, take lots of pics so I feel like I was there :)
