I have a2000 eb 4.0 sohc runs like ****.No codes.so whas checking camshaft positon sensor for voltage have no voltage present.what is voltage supposed to be.Haynes say like 1.5v dc.but there manials are to broad.scraped B/Orange wire at pcm and a Gray/R at pcm no voltage present. That means i have a bad pcm.???/

There should be no voltage at the cps, it's an AC pulse. If you have a digital meter (set on AC) you can backprobe the sensor with the engine running. You should get an AC pulse. You're measuring in milivolts so the pulse will be small.
