I`m confused, my driver`s side camber seems to be out, but it has progressed slowly for many months.
I don`t have left side lean, when I measure things, the wheel wells on each side are dead even. It`s starting to go like this: loo\

I first noticed it a couple months ago, maybe it is that spring sagging a bit and the angle of the tire is keeping that side from being lower?

Or can the camber adjustment move? (I don`t know much about this adjustment system)

Everything is tight, the spindle nut isn`t loose, the tires are on there tight, it doesn`t move if I shake it around, I haven`t really been beating on it and don`t see how anything could be bent.

It`s so confusing.. I was thinking of swapping my coils from side to side, but the fact that my truck is not leaning blows my mind!

-thanks

Your '93 is almost certainly like my '92. When I did my ball joints this month, I learned that, if the pinch bolt on the upper ball joint is loose, that could allow the alignment bushing on the upper ball joint to rotate around. I suppose it's also possible that the ball joints themselves are shot.

Measure the coils and comopare them from side to side. I suspect that you either have a saggin coil or as my shorty says somehow the pinch bolt has loosened.

I have noticed that my camber seems to be fine one day and then off the next. I think that with the TTB flex as it does the camber is always kind of shifting.

When this happened to me I first had lost an inner bearing but the tire felt tight. I also developed a crack in my radius arm which allowed the tires camber to lean out as you say yours is.

That's all I've got.

or as my shorty says somehow the pinch bolt has loosened.

he he, you said "my shorty" :p

Well I dunno, definitely no bent stuff there that I can see, no cracks or loose stuff. I look at it on the shop floor at work which is very level.

I think I may have to get it to an alignment shop and let them work their magic, my toe adjustment seems out as well, so I better buck up to save my tire wear.

thanks for replies... :D

Sounds like the camber bushing has turned, that would cause both camber, and toe adjustment to be off. I had a similar aggravation with aftermarket bushings, they just wouldn't hold in place with out over tightening the pinch bolt. After you have it aligned, put a mark in the bushing that you can visually check once in a while.
