My Ford Explorer 2002 V8, 4.6l idle control valve is venting when plugged and I would like to change it. I went to a local store here and I found that they have IAC1057 Herko Automotive Idle Air Control Valve. I was reading online that it is for Ford engines V8 between 2003 to 2006. The one for the 2002 is IAC1056. Will the IAC1057 fit? I am in Africa and Ford parts are not easy to get, thank you
