Can I paint my trim?

I want my ugly gray XLT body moldings to be painted like the Limited's. Does this work well or do I need to by the Limited pieces and paint them to match?

it is possible, just search the topic on this forum and tons of how tos will pop up. i did mine and its a must if you have the ugly gray in my opinion.

True Limited trim and painted XLT/Eddie trim is not textured. If you want true trim, you'd have to obtain the correct painted trim and paint to match if needed, or have painted textured trim if that matters.

Also- one thread is sufficient, we'll see it eventually.
