okay great that is very helpful.
The 91-92 heads are a weak casting
The 93's are slightly better
the 95's and up are stronger, meaning do not crack as easy.
I believe it works the other way around as far as compression goes, meaning the 95+ heads on a 94 or earlier block will get you more compression, but I could have it backwards so I would research.
Those 96 Aerostar heads should be identical to your 98 engine, all 95+ are the the same if I remember correctly
