Can someone please explain what TT/warrior shackles are?

I see alot of people on explorerforum.com who have these. I want an inexpensive lift. What are these and what do they do "lift" wise? Also, how much do these cost installed? Thanks.

TT is free all you do is crank up your torsion bar........


the shackles can be bought at desert rat and i forget how much they cost
the shackles drop the leaf pack a lil lower
