I guess it's not for everyone. At least it isn't a replica of the new explorer design like the current mountaineer models. Can't call it an obvious explorer knock-off anymore.

True! I must say, from pics I've seen, the Mountaineer does look different, but in general, I really don't like the new 2002 Explorer, and the mountaineer is too aztek-ish...But then again, you have your opinion, and I have mine

Not to offend anyone who likes the way that thing looks, but that thing is butt ugly in my opinion!! And I thought I disapproved of the new body design of the Explorer...
What is the deal with manufacturers these days anyways? The newer cars get, the uglier they get. At least in my opinion anyways. It's very rare that I see a new model whatever advertised that I like the looks of. What happened to the smooth, aerodynamic look? Everything now is box shaped with all kinds of sharp angles. What's up with that?
