I just put a new condenser in my 94 xlt because it had a whole in it. Charged it up and the a/c worked great for about a day.

I noticed a hissing sound from the pump, where it splits in the middle had a damp look, it also sounded like this is where it was leaking.

do they sell any kinda rebuild kits for these pumps or am i just stuck with buying a new one?

For what you can buy a good reman for, why bother sealing it? You need special tools, a manual, etc to seal it anyway. Just get a quality reman compressor and call it a day. Be careful though...some compressors come with a full charge of oil...other's don't. You need to make sure you have enough oil in your system...and not too much oil in your system.

i actually found a new one cheaper than a reman for 150

i was hopping maybe there would be a 4 dollar o ring i could put in

anyways i put two cans of freon in last week, each can had 2oz of oil in it

but pretty much all of the freon has leaked out, my compressor won't kick on unless i jump the low pressure switch like before

so shouldn't that mean most of the oil is now gone too?

i'm gonna go ahead and put a new orfice tube in while it has no freon in it again

is there anything else i should get while i order these parts? any certain o rings i might want to replace when i remove the compressor?

I"m kind of confused by what you mean by "where it splits". If your talking about the port in the back with the two tubes, then yes there are O-rings in the back of that thing (green in color I believe).

if you were to take the pump apart, the center where the two halves join

what size are the o rings for the clock on the back of the pump where the two lines come in

front seals are easy if you have the right tools. I just so happen to have access to those tools. The kit containing the tools runs about 80 bucks. My Brother in law is a service manager at a ford dealer. He says his techs won't even bother replacing the seals on the compressors b/c they ususally don't hold. If they blow, there is a reason they blow. I've had one of my gernaded compressors apart just to see what happened. There is a ton on parts that just fall out when you seperate the 2 halves. I would go with the previous recommendations, by a good reman. You'll need like 6 hands just to get the compressor back together if you split it.
