Ok, I am stuck, not sure what it could be. First the fuel pump sounds kind of too loud at startup(I think), then while idling if I punch the gas pedal it kind of chokes abit. Then when I place it on drive in order to take off without it dying I have to slowly, like an old lady press the gas pedal, if not it dies. It kind of feels like it's not getting either enough fuel or enough air. I do know last time I had the fuel filter changed it had black soot come out of it. think my gas tank is corroded and might affected my fuel pump, but not sure. If that's the case are the symptoms consistant? Could it affected the fuel pressure regulator? Have never changed the plugs or wires, could that be an issue also? Any ideas would be greatly welcomed.

All of the above and more. If it is intermitant, I would be inclined to think it is the fuel pressure regulator. You can diagnose the problem or just go out and spend a lot of money on parts. You can make a pressure tester from any 60# gauge and an older bicycle pump hose. Often you have to remove the schraeder valve from the fuel rail to get a reading. Guess I'm obliged to say this is gas and you can blow up. Idle should be about 33#, pull the vacuum hose off the regulator and it goes up to 30#. You can remove the fuel pump fuse and measure current. Should be aout 5A. Pumps can be naturally noisy, but fuel system is a place to start.
