Can't remove diff fill plug - Ideas?

I just thought I would bump this since I really needed help and I was glad there was info on this forum. My brother has a 2001 ranger with the 7.5 axle, and we stupidly decided to change the gasket without trying to pull the fill plug first. It was rusted and we stripped it. We tried to fill it using the vent tube, but after about 3 hours, we gave up and pulled the ABS sensor. That was a godsend, we should have tried that first. Hopefully, this helps someone.

Is the abs sensor directly on top of the diff? How hard is it to remove and is there a bolt. Hard to get in there without a jack
