the 2 vehicles I'm keeping are my 97 Explorer Sport *Manual* and my 98 Ranger *In the middle of being 302 Swapped*
What can the Sport handle tow-wise, Mine came with the factory tow package if that means anything? *Has the wiring already, 3.73 rear end I know*
And the Ranger.... What is the 4 cylinder ranger rated at, if anything?
and are there any differences in the FRAME that would limit load-limit for the ranger once the V-8 is in it? *So really, what can a 4.0 OHC Ranger tow to be on the safe side, and what can I do to help the frame for both its track and towing applications? Any kind of after-market frame ties etc available?
