Cargo light & Cruise Control lights on steering wheel

I have a 1995 Eddie Bauer...can the back cargo light be turned on without having to open the door? I can't find a switch. Also...the lights for the cruise control on the right side of the steering wheel went out..how do I fix this?? Thanks in advance.

Roll the dash light dimmer all the way up till it clicks. That will turn on the light. There are several posts about the cruse lights. Do a search and you will come up with all the info.
